END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Tiger Games LLC. ("Tiger Games," "we," "us," or "our") governing your installation, access, and use of Get Outta' Our Farm! ("Game").

The Game has been developed by Juego Studios and is published by Tiger Games LLC.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game on PlayStation®, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not install, access, or use the Game.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Tiger Games grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to:

Download and install one authorized copy of the Game.
Access and play the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Receive updates made available by Tiger Games during the supported lifecycle of the Game.

This license is granted solely for lawful use and does not transfer ownership of the Game or any associated intellectual property.

2. OWNERSHIP

The Game is licensed, not sold.

Tiger Games LLC. and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to:

Software
Source code
Executable files
Game systems
Characters
Artwork
Models
Animations
Music
Sound effects
Story
User Interface
Logos
Trademarks
Documentation

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the Game or any intellectual property rights to you.

3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Game.
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Circumvent technological protection measures or security features.
Use cheats, bots, trainers, scripts, automation software, or other unauthorized third-party software.
Exploit bugs or unintended gameplay mechanics for unfair advantage.
Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license.

4. PLATFORM SERVICES

The Game is distributed through PlayStation®.

Your use of the Game is also subject to the applicable terms, policies, and user agreements of Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. (PlayStation®).

Where PlayStation®'s platform terms conflict with this Agreement regarding platform-specific services, PlayStation®'s terms shall prevail.

5. GAME UPDATES

Tiger Games may release updates that include:

Bug fixes
Performance improvements
Stability enhancements
Gameplay balancing
General maintenance updates
New features or content

Certain updates may be mandatory to continue using the Game or access online features.

Your continued use of the Game following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated software.

6. ONLINE FEATURES

Certain features of the Game require:

A valid PlayStation® account.
An active internet connection.

Tiger Games does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online services.

Tiger Games reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or permanently discontinue any online features or online services at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Tiger Games shall not be liable for any loss of access, gameplay functionality, progression, matchmaking availability, or online services resulting from maintenance, updates, outages, suspension, or permanent discontinuation of online services.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree that you will not:

Cheat or exploit gameplay systems.
Use unauthorized software, bots, macros, or automation tools.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers or backend systems.
Interfere with online gameplay or multiplayer sessions.
Circumvent technical safeguards or security measures.
Use the Game in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Tiger Games reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to online services for users who violate this Agreement or engage in behavior that negatively impacts the Game or its community.

8. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE & MIDDLEWARE

The Game utilizes various third-party software, middleware, plugins, SDKs, and licensed technologies to provide gameplay functionality, networking, animation, rendering, configuration management, and backend services.

These technologies may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Game Engine

Unity

Networking Library

Photon Fusion

Voice Communication

Photon Voice

Audio System

Unity Default Audio System

Backend & Server Hosting

GameFabric – Backend services and dedicated game server hosting.

Unity Plugins / SDKs

The Game incorporates the following Unity plugins and SDKs:

Agoes Unity SDK – Integration with the GameFabric backend and dedicated server infrastructure.
A Pathfinding Project – AI pathfinding and navigation.
Animancer – Character animation management.
Crest – Realistic water rendering.
MicroVerse – Environment and terrain generation.
UniTask – Efficient asynchronous programming support for Unity.
Thread Dispatcher – Task dispatching and multithreading support.

Anti-Cheat

The Game does not currently utilize a dedicated third-party anti-cheat solution.

The above technologies remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their respective license agreements where applicable.

Applicable third-party license notices may be made available within the Game, accompanying documentation, or through the official Tiger Games website.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights relating to the Game remain the exclusive property of Tiger Games LLC., Juego Studios, and their respective licensors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Software
Source code
Characters
Artwork
User Interface
Game mechanics
Storyline
Models
Textures
Animations
Audio
Music
Sound effects
Visual effects
Logos
Trademarks
Documentation

Nothing contained within this Agreement grants ownership of any intellectual property to the User.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. TERMINATION

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

Tiger Games may immediately suspend or terminate your license if you:

Violate this Agreement.
Breach applicable PlayStation® policies.
Use unauthorized software.
Cheat or exploit gameplay.
Attempt unauthorized access to backend systems.
Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Upon termination:

Your license immediately ends.
You must immediately stop using the Game.
You must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game where applicable.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Tiger Games expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Compatibility with all hardware configurations
Availability of online services

Tiger Games does not warrant that:

The Game will operate without interruption.
The Game will always be secure.
The Game will be free from defects.
Online services will remain permanently available.

No oral or written information provided by Tiger Games shall create any warranty.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiger Games LLC., Juego Studios, their affiliates, licensors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Special damages
Punitive damages
Lost profits
Lost data
Lost goodwill
Business interruption
Loss resulting from server downtime or discontinued online services

arising from your installation, access, or use of the Game.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Tiger Games' total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Game.

13. EXPORT COMPLIANCE

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws, sanctions regulations, and trade restrictions of the United States and any other applicable jurisdictions.

You may not export, re-export, or otherwise transfer the Game to any country, individual, or entity where prohibited by applicable law.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States , without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Except where otherwise provided in Section 15 (Dispute Resolution) , any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Georgia, United States .

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

A. Informal Resolution

Tiger Games believes that most disputes can be resolved quickly and efficiently.

Before initiating arbitration or legal proceedings, you agree to first contact Tiger Games and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days from the date the written notice is received before commencing mediation or arbitration.

B. Mediation

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal discussions, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through non-binding mediation before initiating arbitration.

Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, the mediation shall take place in the State of Georgia, United States , and each party shall bear its own costs associated with the mediation process.

If mediation does not resolve the dispute within a reasonable period, either party may proceed to binding arbitration as described below.

C. Binding Arbitration

If the dispute remains unresolved following mediation, it shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration , except where prohibited by applicable law.

The arbitration shall be administered in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules in the State of Georgia, United States .

The arbitrator shall have the exclusive authority to determine:

The interpretation of this Agreement.
The applicability of this Agreement.
The enforceability of this Agreement.
Any claim arising from or relating to your installation, access, or use of the Game.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court having jurisdiction.

D. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

You and Tiger Games agree that all disputes shall be resolved only on an individual basis .
Neither party may bring or participate in any class action, representative action, collective action, consolidated action, or private attorney general action.
The arbitrator may not consolidate claims involving multiple individuals or preside over any class or representative proceeding.

By accepting this Agreement, you expressly waive any right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Tiger Games.

E. Exceptions

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking:

Temporary restraining orders.
Injunctive relief.
Equitable relief.
Protection of intellectual property rights.
Protection of confidential information.

before a court of competent jurisdiction where permitted by applicable law.

F. Governing Law for Disputes

This Dispute Resolution section shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States .

16. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Tiger Games may revise or update this Agreement from time to time to reflect:

Legal or regulatory changes.
Security updates.
Technical improvements.
Gameplay or online service changes.

 New features or functionality.

Where required by applicable law, Tiger Games will notify users of material changes through appropriate channels.

Your continued installation, access, or use of the Game after any revised Agreement becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable platform terms or notices, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tiger Games regarding your use of the Game.

It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, communications, and representations relating to the Game.

No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed a continuing waiver unless expressly stated in writing by Tiger Games.

Voice communications are transmitted only for the duration of an active multiplayer session to facilitate player communication.

The Game does not provide text chat or in-game messaging functionality.

Please note that voice communications facilitated through PlayStation™Network or other third-party communication services may be subject to the privacy policies, safety features, and moderation practices of those respective service providers.

Players are responsible for using voice communication in accordance with the PlayStation™Network Terms of Service and User Agreement and the PlayStation® Community Code of Conduct.

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Tiger Games may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be revised.

Your continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
